City & Utility services.

Living in our neighborhood has many benefits!

We’re one of the closest to Holloman Air Force Base, yet we are still able to enjoy the luxuries the city of Alamogordo has to offer.

Despite being in the outskirts of town, our neighborhood has access to high-speed DSL and cable internet, landline phones, and coverage from multiple cell phone companies.

Our HOA welcomes and encourages solar power usage. We get LOTS of sunny days!

Antennas and Satellite Dishes are welcomed and encouraged. There are several free over-the-air channels available with just indoor rabbit ears in our neighorbhood.

The HOA does not provide any utility services. We do not restrict homeowners into certain companies.

Note that the DVHA has not verified claims made by any of these services, companies, or any other entities.
Here is a list of utilities and some companies that service our neighborhood:

Mail / Postal Services

United States Postal Service.

(Our HOA DOES NOT control or maintain the mailboxes. We do not have keys.) New homeowners who were not given mailbox keys by previous owners should visit the local USPS office with proof of identity and proof of house ownership.
