DVHA Pool.
Regular pool closure times:
- The pool is open 7:00 AM (0700) to 12:00 AM (2400) MIDNIGHT.
- Closed on every Monday for maintenance, except Holidays, open Monday Holidays and closed on Tuesdays after Monday Holidays.
- Closed during colder seasons.
- Contact us to schedule a keycard pickup or dropoff date at the pool or at your doorstep.
A keycard is required for entry into our gated pool.
Homeowners who owe HOA payments will have their keycards disabled.
Only authorized persons are allowed on HOA property.
Guests are only permitted when the homeowner is accompanying them.
NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY!
The HOA pool is located at the corner of Airport Road & Challenger Ave.
In addition to these rules, we do not allow pets in the pool.
-NO running around the pool.
-NO open wounds in the pool at any time.
-NO glass or food near or around the pool.
-DO NOT sit or stand on the rope.
-Children who are not toilet trained must wear a swim diaper.
-No more than 30 people in the pool at one time.
-The rope must be attached when children are present.
-The pool safety equipment is for EMERGENCIES ONLY. They are not toys.
-A first-aid kit is available on the premises, as well as an emergency phone.
-Pool parties must be scheduled, and the pool can not close for private parties.
-Pool parties can be scheduled by emailing us.
-No more than 5 guests per resident, unless a pool party is scheduled.
-Homeowners and renters are responsible for their guests and must be present at all times.
-No one under the age of 18 may be in the pool without an adult present. If you see anyone violating this rule, please call the non-emergency police # or child protective services. This is a state law. If your children violate this rule, your pool privileges will be terminated.
-POOL PROPERTY IS UNDER VIDEO SURVEILLANCE AT ALL TIMES!
-NO LIFEGUARD IS ON DUTY!
