The Desert Villa Homeowners Association cares for the following local facilities:
- Gated Pool
- Gated & Roofed Picnic Area
- Playground
- Basketball Court
- Tennis Court
We are a medium-sized HOA located in THE closest neighborhood to Holloman Air Force Base. We're also very close to the Alamogordo White Sands Regional Airport which is just down the road from our neighborhood. Streets named Columbia, Challenger, Discovery, Enterprise, and Lindberg connecting to Airport Road are mandatory Desert Villa HOA members.

All HOA account statements for 2024 have been uploaded to the website and mailed out.
Newsletters have not been mailed out yet. We are still awaiting input from contractors for the Tennis Court repairs and want to include it on the newsletter and future meetings.
Zelle is still being accepted as a payment method in 2024.
HOA dues and discounts will remain the same in year 2024, there were no increases.
Payments will be considered late after 3/31/2024 for this year and on any missing payment from last year.

Pool
Closed every Monday for Maintenance EXCEPT Holidays, will be open on Monday Holidays, closed on Tuesdays ONLY after Holidays.
This walled private pool is available for association members who are current on their HOA dues. A roofed area with several picnic tables is available. This area is monitored by security cameras and entry requires keycard access.
Meetings & Events
The next public HOA meeting has not yet had a date set. Meetings are held at the HOA pool located on Challenger Ave.
Basketball & Tennis Court
This private Basketball Court and private Tennis Court are available for association members who are current on their HOA dues. There are four basketball hoops. Both courts are fenced and will help prevent your ball from escaping. This area is monitored by security cameras.
Playground
This private playground is open for residents in our association who are current on their HOA dues. There are a dozen rides for children to enjoy, including a slide and swing-set. This area is monitored by security cameras.
City & Utility Services
A list of services available near or in our neighborhood, such as internet, cell phone providers, nearby emergency services, etc. The HOA does not own nor control the mailboxes, please contact the USPS for mail keys.
