We've had some people out-of-town recently, apologies for any delays. We are currently catching up and will update you when the remaining letters are mailed out. The HOA is also aware of recent government shutdowns affecting residents in our neighborhood, we will gladly be working with you to assist with any temporary disruptions.
The pool is currently scheduled to open in mid to early May. Some temperature-sensitive and rain-sensitive repairs are still pending. Replacement pool cards will be delivered to you or your tenants doorstep before the pool opens if you or a tenant needs a new card. We are currently not charging for replacement cards at the beginning of the year. Please send us a text or email to be added to the delivery list. You may also leave a note inside the HOA mailbox or pool dropbox to communicate with us or to physically request HOA pool keycards, sometimes this physical method is faster depending on volunteer availability. We will update this page when keycards get delivered out into the neighborhood.

We are a medium-sized HOA located in THE closest neighborhood to Holloman Air Force Base. We're also very close to the Alamogordo White Sands Regional Airport which is just down the road from our neighborhood. The purpose of our HOA is to maintain the pool and recreational areas on Challenger Ave.

This walled private pool is available for association members who are current on their HOA dues. A roofed area with several picnic tables is available. This area is monitored by security cameras and entry requires keycard access.
A meeting was held on pool opening day (May 3rd) at 10AM. The next public HOA meeting is expected to be on the next pool opening day. Meetings are held at the HOA pool located on Challenger Ave.
This private Basketball Court and private Tennis Court are available for association members who are current on their HOA dues. There are four basketball hoops. Both courts are fenced and will help prevent your ball from escaping. This area is monitored by security cameras.
This private playground is open for residents in our association who are current on their HOA dues. There are a dozen rides for children to enjoy, including a slide and swing-set. This area is monitored by security cameras.
