The HOA is currently experiencing an unusually high workload. Expect delays in responses. Please provide any deadlines that need to be met if you request paperwork or responses from the HOA. Work is currently being performed in order of which legal deadlines come first.
This year's HOA meeting on Saturday, March 4th at 10AM will hold elections, if any, and keycards will be provided. Old keycards will still work as long as your HOA dues are paid by the time the pool opens sometime in May.

We are a medium-sized HOA located in THE closest neighborhood to Holloman Air Force Base. We're also very close to the Alamogordo White Sands Regional Airport which is just down the road from our neighborhood. Streets named Columbia, Challenger, Discovery, Enterprise, and Lindberg connecting to Airport Road are mandatory Desert Villa HOA members.

HOA Account Statements for 2023 have been mailed out and uploaded. If you have not received your statement by the end of February please email us to get a new copy mailed out.
All unpaid dues from last year 2022 must be paid by March 3/31/2023 to avoid legal actions, penalties, fees, etc.
If you are facing financial difficulties you must make confirmed contact with the HOA immediately to organize a payment plan with the least amount of fees possible. Foreclosures and bankruptcy cases are already occurring in our neighborhood. Lawyer fees, court fees, legal fees, and filing fees cannot be reversed once they have begun.

This walled private pool is available for association members who are current on their HOA dues. A roofed area with several picnic tables is available. This area is monitored by security cameras and entry requires keycard access.
HOA meetings open to the public are currently being held at 10AM, Saturday, March 4th 2023 and on 10AM, Saturday, September 30th 2023 at the HOA pool located on Challenger Ave. The pool gate will be open and anyone is welcome to attend!
This private Basketball Court and private Tennis Court are available for association members who are current on their HOA dues. There are four basketball hoops. Both courts are fenced and will help prevent your ball from escaping. This area is monitored by security cameras.
This private playground is open for residents in our association who are current on their HOA dues. There are a dozen rides for children to enjoy, including a slide and swing-set. This area is monitored by security cameras.
